South Saskatchewan Section ExCom
The South Saskatchewan Section Executive Committee (ExCom) typically meets ten months of the year, from Jan-October, with our AGM in November and no meeting in December. We typically meet on a Wednesday towards the end of the month. Since 2022, meetings are hybrid, with an in-person gathering in the University of Regina, or remote via Zoom. We typically order in food for our meetings, serving food from a wide variety of different local restaurants including Indian, Italian, Greek, Mexican, and Chinese.
The purpose of these meetings is to discuss and plan our upcoming events, provide reports and financial updates.
